We were commissioned to remove the roof and add a two story extension to one end of property.  Replace ceiling to first floor and construct accommodation to second floor with dressing room, bathroom, bedroom and snug.  New roof with photo voltaic panels, skylights and open out balcony Velux windows.

Contemporary Extension

Contemporary single story rear and side link extension with paving to courtyard running through into new kitchen on one level. Earthwurks Ltd was main contractor on this project responsible for all construction and finishes including under floor heating, electrical installation and lighting.

Three Bay Oak Fronted Garage and Accommodation - Dorking

We were commissioned to construct a timber framed oak fronted garage with accommodation above. In the correct setting, timber buildings can be very impressive and provide a quick method of construction. By only using oak at the front of the building and stud work elsewhere the full impact of an oak building can be achieved with a worthwhile reduction in cost.
