Westcott near Dorking

We were commissioned to remove the roof and add a two story extension to one end of property.  Replace ceiling to first floor and construct accommodation to second floor with dressing room, bathroom, bedroom and snug.  New roof with photo voltaic panels, skylights and open out balcony Velux windows.

Contemporary Extension

Contemporary single story rear and side link extension with paving to courtyard running through into new kitchen on one level. Earthwurks Ltd was main contractor on this project responsible for all construction and finishes including under floor heating, electrical installation and lighting.

Garden Room & Bedroom Extension

We were commissioned to build a new single storey garden room extension to the rear of the property and two storey extension matching the existing elevations to the back of the property.

Chessington

We were commissioned by a developer to do a new build from beginning to end including all finishes.

Westhumble

We were commissioned to build a rear and side, single and two storey extension with full house renovation in Westhumble, along with landscaping.

Renovation Extension - Dorking

We were commissioned to demolition the existing garage, do all groundwork and foundations, erect a new single storey kitchen extension to the rear of the property, side two storey extension matching the existing elevations to the front of the property.

Three Bay Oak Fronted Garage and Accommodation - Dorking

We were commissioned to construct a timber framed oak fronted garage with accommodation above. In the correct setting, timber buildings can be very impressive and provide a quick method of construction. By only using oak at the front of the building and stud work elsewhere the full impact of an oak building can be achieved with a worthwhile reduction in cost.

Timber Framed Office and Workshops - Dorking

We were commissioned to build a timber framed office with small kitchen and WC, alongside two generous size workshops.
