This project required us to take over the site after a major extension and refurbishment programme. To save money the client required hundreds of tonnes of spoil excavated during construction to be incorporated into the garden.

We arranged for plans to be drawn up with the final scheme including the following:

• 250m2 of stone paving
• 300 tonnes of earth to be contoured.
• In and out gravel drive with brick edging.
• 200 tonnes of imported topsoil supplied and graded
• 1250m2 of quality turf
• Stone walling and brick steps.
