A major renovation/new build project near Dorking required the carefull demolition of over 50 % of the existing building before excavating and pouring new foundations.

Beyond the above tasks Earthwurks was also contracted to carry out the following:

• Install structural steel.
• Implement new foul and storm drainage system including on site sewarage system.
• Provision of new water main and Construction of brick and blockwork up to damp course. Damp proof membrane and pumped concrete oversite
